These preseason games can be tricky to watch because you don’t find them on TV or streaming in the normal, regular season spots. But we have you covered here with all the information needed for Sunday’s Jets vs Browns NFL preseason game from New Jersey.

*Giants quarterback Eli Manning is back for another season, but he’s not likely to play much in this preseason contest. Perhaps one or two series, but expect Giants backups, Davis Webb and Kyle Lauletta, to get most of the time.
*The Giants feature rookie running back Saquon Barkley who is expected to see action. He’s working on improving every day in practice, he said, according to NJ.com.
“Every rep I get, try to maximize it to the best that I can,” Barkley said. “I’m not looking for this amount of yards, or this amount of touchdowns, I just want to be in the right spot on every play.
“I think as a rookie, probably a lot of rookies make some mistakes in their first game. I want to stay away from making them, and continue to get better throughout the game.”
Cleveland signed former 49ers running back Carlos Hyde, to pair with Chubb as a strong 1-2 combo out of the Browns backfield. Many expect the Browns to be better than years past, and to even finish higher than last in the AFC North, but only time will tell if all these years of heartbreak will come to fruition.
The New York Giants will be looking to bounce back after finishing the 2017-18 regular season with a 3-13 record, Big Blue’s fewest wins in a season since 1983 and the fewest wins in the league only ahead of the Cleveland Browns. New York’s futility earned them the 2nd pick in the draft, which the Giants used to select Saquon Barkley out of Penn State, who will be tasked immediately to improve a ground attack that finished 26th in the NFL in rushing last season.
Pat Shurmur will be at the helm of the Giants this season as the Giants’ 17th head coach in franchise history, and will be coming into a situation that was tumultuous at best at the end of the season, with Eli Manning being benched for the first time in his career, and the speculation that New York would trade star receiver Odell Beckham Jr on offense, and teammates calling each other cancers to the team on the defensive side of the ball.
